Safe Shopping Guarantee
The Wrights' Stuff offers a secure online shopping environment. We use the latest technology to protect your credit card information and do not release it to any outside organizations.
Privacy
The Wrights' Stuff is committed to protecting your privacy. The information we collect about you (e-mail address, etc.) remains strictly confidential and is only used to process your order and personalize your shopping experience. We are not in the business of selling or sharing any personal information from our customers.
Prices and Shipping
Pricing on the site is in US dollars. We ship by Priority Mail. The Wrights' Stuff currently ships to North America and most countries around the world. Our shipping rates are based on your order value. To see Shipping and Handling prices below, most orders are shipped within 3 to 5 days of receipt of order.

Order Status
How do I know you got my order?
Once your order is complete, you will be given an invoice number. Please keep track of this number as you will need it for future possible online references. To further reinforce receipt of your order, we will also send you a confirmation e-mail.
Returns
What is The Wrights' Stuff return policy?
The Wrights' Stuff will be happy to refund or exchange any item(s) (that has not been washed, worn or mishandled) within 30 days of ship date. We do not accept C.O.D. returns. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Only UNOPENED CDs, for refund or exchange. CDs that are open can only be exchanged for the EXACT same item if they are defective. When we return it, the plastic wrap will be removed.

Refunds
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the initial shipping costs from your refund.
*Please Note:
1. We reserve the right to verify return product information before issuing a return credit.
2. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during shipment to the item(s) you are returning.
3. Unless we made an error in order processing or shipping (see below):
-- Return shipping fees will apply. -- We will not refund the original shipping and handling fees.
The customer is responsible for ensuring their return reaches our Returns Center.
Defects
In the case of a manufacturers defect, we will credit your account with the initial shipping costs attributable to the defective product, the cost of the defective product and the cost of returning the defective product via regular mail. We do not accept C.O.D. returns.
Packing and Sending Your Return
Just a few simple steps: 1. Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.

Lost Your Packing Slip?
Don't worry! If you ordered the item yourself, you can still return it via the steps above. Just please include your name and address the order was shipped to. Please note, returns received without a receipt will take approximately 14 - 28 days for processing.
